Infcurion’s Invoice Payment Platform “Winvoice” Now Supports MCP

Prepare invoice card payment data simply by interacting with AI Agents—a beta version launches to streamline accounting operations

Infcurion, Inc.

Infcurion, Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hiroki Maruyama; hereinafter “Infcurion”) is pleased to announce that its invoice payment platform “Winvoice” now supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) (*2)—becoming the first invoice card payment service in Japan to do so (*1). Beginning June 18, 2026, Infcurion will offer MCP support in beta, initially to users of “LP Business Invoice Card Pay,” a service operated by Link Processing Co., Ltd., a group company of Infcurion.

Background to the MCP Integration
Traditionally, back-office digital transformation (DX) has centered on improving efficiency by having people operate IT tools. However, amid growing labor shortages caused by Japan’s declining birthrate and aging population, attention is turning rapidly to “AI Agents” that can run operations autonomously. The accounting and finance field faces a particular challenge in hiring specialized talent. In this environment, “autonomous financial support”—in which AI assesses the context, formulates a plan, and proposes the best financial actions on the user’s behalf—is drawing strong interest.

In response to these societal needs, Infcurion has integrated MCP support into “Winvoice.” With this capability, users can smoothly upload invoices, submit payment reservation requests, and check payment status entirely through interaction with an AI Agent. Beyond this efficiency gain, the adoption of a cloud-based remote MCP server lets users get started simply by setting the server URL in their AI Agent—with no need to set up any infrastructure of their own. Moreover, by working through the common MCP standard, the platform offers the extensibility to support cross-service data use with third-party services such as accounting software, with the user’s AI Agent serving as the hub.

Starting with MCP support, Infcurion will continue to strengthen its payment and financial capabilities as a Fintech partner for every industry, delivering next-generation payment platforms suited to the age of AI. It will first be introduced as a beta version to users of “LP Business Invoice Card Pay.” Based on real-world operational results and user feedback, Infcurion plans to further enhance convenience, expand functionality, and roll out the capability to its partner companies in stages.

*1 The first MCP-compliant invoice card payment service primarily targeting the Japanese market (as of June 18, 2026, based on internal research).
*2 A global standard protocol that allows AI to securely interact with and operate external services and systems.

Key Features of “Winvoice” MCP Support
MCP2
1. Streamlining Accounting Operations through Interaction with AI Agents
Users of invoice card payment services built on “Winvoice”—such as SME owners and accounting staff—can connect the “Winvoice” remote MCP server to the MCP-compatible AI Agent they already use. Without ever opening the “Winvoice” admin screen, they can upload invoices, submit payment reservation requests, and check payment status—all by interacting with the AI Agent. This dramatically reduces manual data entry. By design, users still give final payment approval on the “Winvoice” screen, balancing convenience with the security that financial services demand.

2. Remote MCP Enables Even Non-Engineers to Connect with AI
The MCP support offered by “Winvoice” employs a cloud-based remote MCP server. Because users do not need to download dedicated software or build a specialized system environment on their own computers, even non-engineers—such as SME owners and accounting staff—can get started simply by setting the server URL in the AI Agent they use.

3. Extensibility through Cross-Service Integration via MCP
By using their own AI Agent as a hub to connect other MCP-compatible accounting software and expense management services, it becomes possible to securely share data across them through the AI Agent. For example, an AI Agent could read and visualize data—such as outstanding invoices and cash and deposit balances—from connected accounting services. If it detects the risk of a future cash shortfall, it could proactively propose covering the gap by switching to invoice card payment via “Winvoice.” Workflows like these are made possible by MCP, an open and shared standard.
