本ポリシーにおいて個人情報とは、Coke ON Walletの発行または利用において提供を受けた、氏名、電話番号、Ｅメールアドレス等、特定の個人を識別できる情報（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含みます。）をいい、当社は、個人情報を取得する場合には、適法かつ公正な手段によって行い、個人情報の主体である本人から利用目的等について、本ポリシーによる同意をとるか、当社インターネットホームページにおいて必要事項を告知いたします。

  提供を受けた個人情報については、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、正確かつ最新の情報となるよう努めます。

  当社は、組織的な個人情報の管理については、法令に基づき整備した社内規定により厳重に取り扱い方法を規定し、それに基づいた取り扱いを徹底します。
• (3)従業者の監督

• (4)委託先の監督

当社は法令等の定めがある場合を除き、当社の判断によりお客様の同意なしに全部又は一部の改定を行うことができるものとし、本ポリシー改定後にお客様が当社サービスを利用した場合には、当該改定に同意したものとみなします。

Personal information under this policy (“Personal Information”) means names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information that can be used to identify particular individuals (including information that can be easily matched with other information and identify particular individuals by such matching) provided through the issuance or use of Coke ON Wallet. If the Company acquires personal information, it shall do so through lawful and fair means, and shall either obtain the consent under this policy from the subjects of the personal information to the purposes of use etc. or announce the necessary matters on the internet home page of the Company.

• The Company will use Personal Information for the following purposes.
• (1)Operating Coke ON Wallet and providing services
• (2)Upgrading and improvement of the contents of Coke ON Wallet and analysis for the purpose of providing new services within Coke ON Wallet

• The Company will ensure the following regarding management of Personal Information.

  The Company shall make efforts so that provided Personal Information is accurate and current to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

  The Company shall provide for strict handling under internal rules established pursuant to laws and regulations, and ensure handling pursuant thereto, regarding organizational management of Personal Information.
• (3)Supervision of Employees
  The Company shall ensure the necessary and appropriate supervision of employees in the handling of Personal Information pursuant to Company rules so that the personal information is secure.
• (4)Supervision of Contractors
  The Company may engage external contractors for handling of Personal Information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use provided in Paragraph 2. In this case, pursuant to the rules of the Company, only contractors fulfilling requirements shall be engaged, and they shall be managed appropriately in compliance with laws and regulations.

The Company shall not allow usage of personal information by the issuer beyond the purposes of collection or provide it to persons other than the issuer except as provided by laws, regulations, or ordinances, or if the provision of Personal Information is lawfully requested by the police or another public body; provided, however, that the Company will use the individual’s personal information jointly to the following extent.

The Company and joint users may contract a portion of their services and provide personal information to the contractors to the necessary extent. In this case, the contracting party shall execute agreements relating to handling with the contractors, and the Company and joint users shall appropriately supervise them.

• The Company will not acquire personal information including indications of the following in principle; provided, however, that this will not apply if the customer themselves provided it voluntary.
