Coke ONマネーの残高上限額は30,000円となります。
Coke ONポイントの残高上限額は270,000円となります。

• 1. 

  Coke ON マネーの残高の有効期間は、最終入金日または最終利用日のうち、新しい日から起算し、36ヶ月後の月末までとなります。

• 2. 

  Coke ONポイントの残高の有効期間は、原則としてポイントが付与された日から起算し、12ヶ月後の月末までとなります。ただし、当社または日本コカ・コーラ株式会社の判断により、有効期間を変更することができるものとします。なお、Coke ON Walletの利用登録をされていないお客様においては、Coke ONポイント残高の有効期限はポイントが付与された日の翌月末までとなり、当該ポイントの有効期間中に利用登録を完了した場合には当該ポイントの有効期限がポイント付与日から12か月後の月末まで延長されます。

日本国内のCoke ON Pay対応コカ・コーラ自動販売機（一部除く）でのお買い物に使用できます。該当する自動販売機はCoke ONアプリから検索していただけます。

前払式支払手段の保有者の保護のための制度として、資金決済に関する法律の規定に基づき、前払式支払手段の毎年3月31日及び9月30日現在の未使用残高の半額以上の額の発行保証金を法務局等に供託等することより資産保全することが義務づけられております。
万が一の場合、前払式支払手段の保有者は、資金決済に関する法律第31条の規定に基づき、あらかじめ保全された発行保証金について、他の債権者に先立ち弁済を受けることができます。
なお、当社の利用者資金の保全方法は次のとおりです。

• 金銭による供託

Coke ON Walletアカウントに関する情報が盗取または詐取される等の事情に起因する、第三者によるお客様の意図しないCoke ON Wallet残高の不正利用により損害を被った場合や、Coke ON Walletアカウントをお持ちでないにも関わらずCoke ON Walletからの請求が発生した場合に、所定の補償条件を満たすことを前提に、当社に対して補償の申出を行うことができます。
当社は、お客様が申し出た内容、当社による調査の結果その他一切の事情を審査し、以下のいずれにも該当しないと判断した不正利用について、連携先の銀行等と都度協議をおこない、補償を行います。

• お客様の故意または重大な過失に起因する不正利用である場合
• お客様の家族、近親者、同居人、お客様の委託を受けて身の回りの世話をする者等、お客様の関係者またはお客様の許可に基づき対象端末等を利用する者が行った不正利用である場合
• お客様が当社の定める各種約款に違反している場合
• 当該申出の全部もしくは一部が虚偽であるまたはその疑いがある場合
• お客様が不正利用に関して不当な利益を得ているもしくは不正利用に協力をしていた場合またはその疑いがある場合
• お客様が第三者に強要されて不正利用を行った場合
• お客様が補償の申出をした日から1年以内に再び補償の申出をした場合
• 不正利用者の発見および損害の調査に努力または協力をしない場合
• 損害の発生および拡大の防止に必要な努力または協力をしない場合
• 戦争、地震など著しい社会秩序の混乱の際に生じた不正利用である場合
• その他当社が不適当と判断する場合

お客様は、申出にあたっては、以下の対応を行わなければなりません。

• 本件不正利用について､本件不正利用による損害が発生した日（継続して複数回の損害が発生した場合はその最終日）から60日以内に当社および警察署に申告するとともに、損害の発生ならびにお客様が当社以外の第三者から受けられる補償の有無および内容（既に補償を受けた場合には、その事実を含みます）を正確に当社に遅滞なく通知すること
• 当社が特に必要とする書類、情報または証拠となるもの（当社がお客様による警察署への被害届出の提出を求める場合は、これを証する情報も含みます）を求めた場合は、遅滞なく、これに応じること

本Coke ON Walletに関連して不正取引が発生した場合において、被害の拡大を防止するために必要があると当社が判断したとき、類似の事案の発生を回避するために有益であると当社が判断したとき、または、被害額や件数等の事情において社会的な影響が大きいと当社が認めたときは、速やかに必要な情報をホームページ上に公表いたします。

• Coke ON Walletの残高が商品購入合計額に満たない場合、他の決済手段残高と合算して本件商品を購入いただくことができます。Cole ON Wallet残高と他の決済手段残高の合計が本件商品購入合計額に満たない場合、Coke ON Walletを用いて商品を購入いただくことはできません。
• お支払の際に複数のCoke ON Walletをご使用いただくことはできません。また、Coke ON Walletを複数お持ちであっても、各Coke ON Wallet上の残高を統合することはできません。
• Coke ON Walletの残高について、払い戻し及び質権等担保権の設定はできません。
• お客様がCoke ON Walletについて不正な取得・入金・利用等を行った場合、Coke ON Walletのご利用ができなくなることがございます。
• Coke ON Walletに関するシステムの設計・管理には万全を期しておりますが、停電、システム障害、メンテナンス、Coke ON Walletの不正利用防止等に対する安全管理、その他やむをえない事情により予告なく一時的にご利用できない場合があります。

入金及び残高確認の際は、Coke ONアプリ上にて残高が確認できます。

Coke ON Walletは、日本コカ・コーラ株式会社が運営するスマートフォン用アプリ「Coke ON」を通じて提供されるため、下記規約も合わせてご確認いただきます。

The maximum balance of Coke ON Money is JPY 30,000.
The maximum balance of Coke ON Points is JPY 270,000.

• 1. 

  The effective period of the Coke ON Money balance shall be until the end of the month after 36 months from the final deposit date or final use date, whichever is later.

• 2. 

  The effective period of the Coke ON Point shall be until the end of the month after 12 months from the date the points were granted in principle; provided, however, that the effective period may be changed at the discretion of the Company or Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, Limited. For the customer who have not registered Coke ON Wallet, the effective term of Coke ON Points shall be until the end of the following month from the date the points are granted. If such customer completes the registration during the validity period of those points, the expiration date of the points will be extended to the end of the month 12 months after the point grant date.

It may be used for shopping at Coke ON Pay compatible Coca-Cola vending machines within Japan (subject to exclusions). Such vending machines may be searched through the Coke ON App.

As a system for protecting holders of a prepaid payment method, there is an obligation pursuant to the provisions of the Payment Services Act to set aside assets by deposit, etc. with a Legal Affairs Bureau, etc. in an amount of no less than half of the unused balance of the prepaid payment method as of March 31 and September 30 of each year.
In the unlikely event, a holder of a prepaid payment method may receive a repayment from the previously set aside issuance guarantee fund prior to other creditors pursuant to the provisions of Article 31 of the Payment Services Act.
Our method of preserving user funds is as follows.

• Money deposit

A request for compensation may be made to the Company if damage or loss have been incurred due to the improper use of the Coke ON Wallet balance by a third party without Customer’s intention, or a invoice from Coke ON Wallet has been received without having a Coke ON Wallet account, due to circumstances such as the theft or fraud of information relating to a Coke ON Wallet account, on the condition that the prescribed requirements for compensation are fulfilled.
The Company shall review the request by Customer, the results of the investigation by the Company, and all other circumstances, and shall, through consultation with its affiliated banks, etc., provide compensation for improper use that it determines does not constitute any of the following.

• If the improper use was caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of Customer
• If the improper use was by a family member, close relative, or cohabitant of Customer, a person assisting Customer at their request, a related person of Customer, or a person using a device, etc. with the permission of Customer
• If Customer is in violation of various terms prescribed by the Company
• If all or part of the report is false or suspected of being false
• If Customer has derived improper benefit from the improper use or cooperated with the improper use, or is suspected of same
• If Customer was forced by a third party to commit the improper use
• If Customer requests compensation within one year after having previously requested compensation
• If Customer fails to make efforts or cooperate with discovery of the improper user and investigation of the losses
• If Customer fails to make efforts or cooperate as necessary to prevent the occurrence and expansion of losses
• If the improper use arose during a war, earthquake, or other chaos in social order
• If the Company otherwise determines that it is inappropriate

Customer must handle proceed a request as in accordance with followings.

• By making a report of the improper use to the Company and a police station within 60 days of the occurrence of the loss or damage caused by the improper use (if there were multiple continuous losses or damages, the last day thereof) and accurately notify the Company without delay of the occurrence of the loss or damage and the existence and contents of any compensation receivable by Customer from third parties other than the Company (including, the fact that they have already received compensation, if any)
• By complying without delay with any request for documents, information, or evidence particularly necessary for the Company (including information evidencing the loss or damage if the Company has requested the filing of a police report by Customer to a police station)

Details are provided in the “Terms regarding Coke ON Wallet Compensation Program.”

• If the balance of your Coke ON Wallet is less than the total purchase amount, you can combine it with the balance of other payment methods to purchase the Product. If the total of your Coke ON Wallet balance and the balance of other payment methods is less than the total purchase amount, you cannot purchase the Product using your Coke ON Wallet.
• Multiple Coke ON Wallets may not be used at the time of payment. Even if multiple Coke ON Wallets are held, the balances of each Coke ON Wallet may not be combined.
• The balance of a Coke ON Wallet may not be refunded, pledged, or otherwise subject to creation of a security interest.
• Customer may not be able to use a Coke ON Wallet if they have improperly acquired, deposited to, used etc. the Coke ON Wallet.
• While we take great care in the design and management of systems relating to Coke ON Wallet, it may be temporarily unusable without prior notice due to power outages, system outages, maintenance, security management to prevent improper use of the Coke ON Wallet, etc., or other unavoidable circumstances.

When confirming deposits and balances, balances can be confirmed through the Coke ON App.
